Dela has over 30 years experience successfully developing start-ups and business consolidation strategies in both developed economies and emerging markets

Steven has worked at Lockheed Martin, IBM and Oracle selling technology led solutions. At Lockheed Martin he was responsible for transitioning military systems to commercial applications, working with various national security agencies and high value logistics. In recent years he has focused on renewable power solutions including (start up Open Energi) grid frequency balancing services, At Centrica his portfolio included multi million projects relating to all aspects of the energy eco-system such as solar, CHP, gas turbines, wind, battery storage and IoT optimisation technology.

Cecilia has over 20 years of working experience in International NGOs. She is a graduate of a Master’s Degree in Public Policy at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Sophia joins our Board as a highly experienced Barrister and Solicitor. She is a graduate of the University of Ghana, the Ghana School of Law and the School of Law of England and Wales and brings over 30 years of experience as a corporate lawyer. She offers highly diversified international experience and expert counsel, directing company policy on national and international corporate law. In her roles as our solicitor and practicing lawyer, she will develop and recommend corporate policies and advise the Board on Watson & Fine (Ghana) position across a broad range of international legal matters.

Fisher’s highly entrepreneurial capabilities bring vision and direction to the business. From conception to execution his pragmatic approach to business challenges, provide us with a solution engine for our horticultural customers.

An experienced business professional who has held senior positions throughout his career spanning over three decades. Has a strong background in managing start-up entities across various industries and sectors, showcasing his skills as an accomplished and seasoned entrepreneur.

Rob’s experience in construction and project management fits well with our aspirations to create large scale horticulture operations. He is a pragmatic influencer in an industry where standards and compliance are critical success factors. In the UK he started a business to grow industrial hemp (from which CBD is produced) with a R&D license in play for the last 4 years. A full license is currently being approved by UK Home Office. A “full grow” license permits the production of medical products using CBD. Rob is creating a plan and a team to build out our CBD strategy.
