Cecilia has over 20 years of working experience in International NGOs.  She is a graduate of a Master’s Degree in Public Policy at the Kwame  Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

She brings a guiding arm to our work with NGOs and other “in-country” projects, ensuring we always comply with NGO (and other)  regulations. She will drive our relationships with international NGO  sponsors and enable us to bring local labor into  our organization through her strong leadership skills.

Her matrix-like skills portfolio will help us deploy complex programs of  work with her team providing overview and guidance on many  complex matters such as staff orientation, operational alignment to  the mission, organization performance monitoring, and feedback. Her  role will help us respond to UN SDG goal 5, being an equal  opportunity.
