Peter has 30 years experience in entrepreneurship, agriculture, management, business planning, financial analysis, and the commodities market operations and decision analysis. His professional background has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand businesses and craft suitable solutions for growth and success.

Together with his leadership team,  he has crafted a corporate culture that value staff contributions, community input and sound business ethics, creating Watson & Fine, an emerging global agro-business.

“My flagship company, Watson and Fine, spans several countries and advises several governments on agri policies and implementation strategies” – Peter Watson

Born in Zimbabwe, he grew up on a commercial farm and after graduating from Watershed Agriculture College he managed a large-scale commercial farm at aged 17. By 18 he had started his own security company, which he grew and then sold to join the British Army, where he served in a front-line specialist role. He was instrumental in rescuing children harmed in the Kosovo and Bosnia theatres.

After leaving the army, he successfully developed companies through high value sales campaigns; for example at Rockbourne where water treatment infrastructure sales soared to over £100m [Heathrow Terminal 5 etc] and Armadillo Industries, which he expanded from a small B2C company to a large international corporation supplying blue chip companies such as Ford, Nissan and Mitsubishi.

In 2008 he moved into IT sales and multi-media training. He broke all company sales records, grossing £1.8m in his first year. He then started his own sales training company providing sales training, coaching and building teams for large UK companies. Peter is a highly regarded, well connected ”rain maker” and has focused on environmental projects renewable energy and commodities, much of which grows on Watson and Fine farms around Africa
