Our target is a managed land bank of over 100,000 hectares in Sub Saharan Africa.
We presently own 5,000 hectares of farms and cashew forests in the Lindi Region of Southern Tanzania, with a modern (2021) 6,500m2 food processing factory located on our 50 hectare of approved business development land with main road access and excellent mains gas, electric and water utilities. Deep water ports and a regional airport are within 1 hour’s drive.
We also have other farmland coming under Watson and Fine management plus we are partnering with farmers in Mozambique and Zambia.
